This report uses filters to display your projects considered won within a set timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>Project \u2014 list by status \u2014 lost. This report uses filters to display your projects considered unsuccessful within a set timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>Project \u2014 list by status \u2014 proposed. You guessed\u00a0it,\u00a0this report uses filters to display your proposed projects within a set timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>NEW \u2014 Security access level \u2014\u00a0assistant administrator<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We added the new security access user level called \u2018assistant administrator\u2019. This allows for support and administrative staff to have more control over the things they need without directors feeling too much sensitive information is available. This access type is\u00a0similar to\u00a0system administrator but with the following pages (containing sensitive organizational information) hidden:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Actual costs<\/li>\n<li>Organization configuration<\/li>\n<li>Financial controls<\/li>\n<li>Rates<\/li>\n<li>Overtime rates<\/li>\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n<li>Other staff details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014 Document folder administration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you make changes to your project documents folder template, you can apply these changes to your existing projects with a click of a button.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014 Planning board \u2014 weekly planning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is the next iteration of week-level resourcing in the planning board. We have a\u00a0lot\u00a0more exciting developments coming for this over the next few months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the planning board, Synergy Enterprise users can now progress from long-term capacity planning, to resourcing at a more granular level. Instead of simply applying a resource to the team on a stage\u00a0in delivery mode, you can now specify different levels of effort at different times across the stage.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Adjust the resourcing using Gantt style drag and drop<\/li>\n<li>Assign resources for a segment of time during a stage<\/li>\n<li>Assign a resource multiple times during a stage<\/li>\n<li>Refine an individual&#8217;s resourcing down to the effort in a single week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>NEW \u2014 SharePoint integration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you enable this option, when you create a new project, Synergy will generate the document folder structure in both Synergy and SharePoint. The SharePoint folder is for your working documents, and the Synergy folder is for the immutable copy of your shared, version-controlled documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can also open your SharePoint working-folder right from your Synergy project documents folder.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The February Synergy product update brings a range of new and updated things.
