This is a great new enhancement to keep you informed and let you control how much information Synergy sends you.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications are sent for notes and to-dos. Notification emails are sent for each new notification or as a daily summary.<\/p>\n<p>There are two types of emailed notifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediate \u2014 you get an email as soon as something happens you need to know about.<\/li>\n<li>Daily \u2014 an email with a daily summary of the items you have not yet actioned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re running a large number of projects, this could become a lot of emails, so we\u2019ve put the control in your hands:<\/p>\n<p><em>You can turn off the daily summary and immediate notification emails using the link in the email, or in your settings.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1883 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1.jpg?_t=1533791547\" alt=\"Learn how to manage email notifications in Synergy.\" width=\"1918\" height=\"946\" srcset=\"https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1.jpg 1918w, https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1-1024x505.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/synergy-tips-notifications-inline-1-1200x592.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this latest update, we\u2019ve defaulted notifications to ON so you know they\u2019re now an option. This is on the basis that if they\u2019re never on, you might never find them!
