In this preview mode, you can:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Track to-dos for a stage with more granularity<\/li>\n<li>Move to-dos across workflow columns<\/li>\n<li>Send to-dos for review<\/li>\n<li>Create to-dos from the Kanban board<\/li>\n<li>Assign to-dos from the Kanban board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014\u00a0Work breakdown<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In planning mode:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>If you assign a staff in the work breakdown, you will see them in the budget<\/li>\n<li>Similarly, if you add a staff in the budget, you will see them in the work breakdown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In delivery mode:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>If you assign a staff in the work breakdown, you will not see this reflected in the budget<\/li>\n<li>Add or remove staff from your work breakdown, regardless of whether you have a budget line against a task or not<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014\u00a0To-do list<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We\u2019ve added a \u2018Rejected\u2019 state for work that\u2019s not up to scratch.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014\u00a0Invoices<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>We\u2019ve added project number to the project column to help you identify projects easier<\/li>\n<li>You can use the project manager filter on the invoices page to see which projects are being managed by each project manager<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve changed the default address when you send\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/features\/invoices\/\">invoices<\/a>. This will now default to your billing address if it is listed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014\u00a0Invoice templates<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Each office can now set up their own invoice template and use that as their default<\/li>\n<li>If you use multiple invoice templates, the invoices page will remember the last invoice template you used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>UPDATE \u2014 Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We\u2019ve added a new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/totalsynergy.com\/features\/reports\/\">report<\/a>\u00a0called \u2018Tasksassigned\u2019.
