NEW \u2014 Weekly resourcing<\/h3>\n

In an Excel-like grid environment, you\u2019re now able to manually update the hours for your resource in the planning board, one week at a time.<\/p>\n

UPDATE \u2014 Planning board and schedule \u2014\u00a0Tooltips \u2014 budget indicator<\/h3>\n

If you want to check how your resource plan is looking for the rest of your stage compared to your budget, the information and icons in the tooltip will show you how you\u2019re tracking.<\/p>\n

UPDATE \u2014 Availability calculations<\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve updated availability calculations now that availability is explicitly managed in the planning board.<\/p>\n

UPDATE \u2014 Reports<\/h3>\n

Grouping and sorting<\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019re now able to group your reports<\/a> by four. That\u2019s four levels of grouping \u2014\u00a0giving you added flexibility to report on what you want, how you want.<\/p>\n

Merge row duplicates<\/strong><\/p>\n

This update is designed to reduce ambiguity when it comes to reporting.<\/p>\n

Introducing the new \u2018distinct\u2019 option \u2014 if any of your report columns marked with this function have the same value across rows, Synergy will merge those rows together.<\/p>\n

Staff filter in reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve added an autofill function in the staff filter in reports, that searches for who you\u2019re looking for, as you type in the field.<\/p>\n

To-dos report<\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019re excited to present to you the new to-dos report. You\u2019re now able to view a list of all to-dos and filter them by due or completed date. This is designed to help you keep on top of your tasks better.<\/p>\n

UPDATE \u2014 Bills<\/h3>\n

Multi-office<\/a> organizations can attach bills to offices in Synergy. One benefit is when synching these bills to MYOB<\/a> and using tracking categories (in the future for Xero<\/a> and QBO<\/a>), these bills will have the office tracking categories attached.<\/p>\n
