Leonard began his career in financial services and transitioned into Tech sales. Having studied human centric degrees in university, “I knew a customer facing role was going to be the right fit.”

One thing Leonard enjoys about working at Total Synergy: I enjoy the people the most. Whether it’s the team at Synergy or our customers. Both are passionate about their work and are committed to making a positive impact in their roles.

One thing Leonard would like to share about himself: I’m a swimming fanatic so I’m usually found in the sea or in a pool. Being from Ireland, surrounded by a pretty cold Atlantic Ocean, thankfully, Australia offers year-round sea swimming.

In turn, they can build a solution strategy to help them feel confident that our product ‘Synergy’ can be used to deliver more projects on time and within budget.

Entering Synergy as a Sales Development Representative straight after graduating from University, Hetty built her knowledge and skills and was soon promoted to Business Development Manager. “I enjoy being in a customer-facing role because I like to have meaningful and challenging conversations with people.”

One thing Hetty enjoys about Total Synergy: My teammates! Having worked with the same people for 3 years means we have strong connections, support each other and keeps me motivated knowing my team has my back.

One thing Hetty would like to share about herself: I am an extroverted person and I love to spend my free time hanging out with friends, watching an old movie, going to an AFL game, or getting a bite to eat at a new restaurant.

Kalo is an integral part of our UK Sales team and uses his rich experience in the service industry, having worked for restaurants, resorts, and luxury boutique hotels to now assist in growing Total Synergy by solving problems for architects and engineers while maintaining a customer focus.

Kalo’s role is to help AEC professionals identify gaps and inefficiencies in their processes, find solutions, and help them achieve their objectives and streamline project delivery

One thing Kalo enjoys about Total Synergy: I enjoy helping the people who design the spaces around us and shape our experiences.

One thing you would like to share about yourself: I’m a tennis enthusiast, a fan of comedy, I love cooking, and enjoy trying new food spots around London.

With over 15 years of experience Mellissa has gone from a level one support agent to a support, knowledge and reporting expert whilst building her skillset to be a compassionate, empathetic and supportive team leader.

Mellissa always looks to put the people around her first and her attitude towards her team, customers and the overall success of the Total Synergy support function highlights this; “I work with a group of the most amazing people, providing them tools, resources, and the freedom to grow and do what they need to do to provide the best support in the industry.
